We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team at Professional Search Group. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support for a variety of technical issues. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a 1st and 2nd line support role.
- Previous MSP experience is essential.
- Knowledge of MS desktop operating systems.
- Knowledge of M365.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, AD, VMWare, Hyper-v.
- Experience configuring, deploying and supporting hardware including laptops, Desktops, printers, scanners, etc.
- Basic grasp of basic networking concepts including LAN, WAN and telephony.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- You must have a current WA driving licence and vehicle.
