  • Provide extensive administrative support to the team, managing multiple ad hoc tasks, working both autonomously and in collaboration
  • Establish and maintain close liaisons with stakeholders, and contractors using your exceptional verbal and written skills to build relationships
  • Prepare, review and file supporting documentation for monthly invoices, accounts payables and reports
  • Manage multiple projects and organise pipelined work oversee the timely completion of work plans and reports and ensure timelines are adhered to
