Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for incoming calls and emails.
  • Interact with customers and volunteers in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Direct calls and messages to respective departments or team members promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assistance.
  • Use problem-solving skills to tackle inquiries and issues efficiently.
  • Offer creative and proactive solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and engagements.
  • Support general administrative tasks and projects when required.
  • Provide additional assistance in:
    • Volunteer Management and Coordination
    • Communication and Liaison
    • Administrative Support

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in English language, both in speaking and writing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Warm and approachable demeanor with effective engagement skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and prior experience with VOIP services.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a flair for innovative thinking.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
