Role Overview:


As a Internal Sales Support Officer you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.

You will work closely with office manager, sales and support teams to address customer needs promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other servicerelated issues.
  • Assist sales team members with day to day queries and activities.
  • Help troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate department.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product line and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer and IT skills.
  • Previous experience with Google Suite is preferred as is working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of lighting products or the construction / electrical wholesale industry is a plus.
