Instore Excellence Executive - Fixed Term


Responsible for supporting the Instore Excellence Manager to develop and execute best in class POS executions for Australia and New Zealand for our market leading brands including Neutrogena, Codral, Listerine and Zyrtec.

This position reports into the Instore Excellence Manager and is based in Sydney, Australia. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

What You Will Do


The Instore Excellence Executive plays a critical part in helping achieving Kenvue's purpose by leading the POS development to drive excellence in E2E execution with our retail partners to drive sales and market share growth for Kenvue brands.


The Instore Excellence Executive is responsible for:

  • Owning the external agency partnerships to create engaging, disruptive POS to drive meaningful impact on the shopper path to purchase
  • Acting as Project Leader, working closely with crossfunctional partners to deliver best in class execution for Kenvue brands in market
Key Responsibilities

  • Leading execution plans across Australia and New Zealand, working closing with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Engaging with agency partners and sales account managers to create bold, disruptive and unmissable integrated POS, making sure our brands stand out End to End
  • Being the project leader on activations by taking ownership of project management and crossfunctional collaboration
  • Leveraging data sources to develop insights for brand growth opportunities within our key retailers
  • Assist in helping Kenvue achieve its sales, profit and share metrics through disrupting shopper purchase patterns with engaging POS display materials
  • Approaching POS creation with a sustainable mindset to ensure ongoing viability and disposal of assets at end of life
  • Developing engaging and inspiring below the line sell in presentations for internal partners
  • Supporting the Instore Excellence Manager in day to day budget tracking and ownership ongoing
  • Thoroughly understanding the shopper mission by category and leveraging insights to unlock path to purchase merchandise opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 12 years marketing experience in FMCG or marketing related field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of category management & shopper principles
  • Understanding of software systems Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
