This position reports into the Instore Excellence Manager and is based in Sydney, Australia. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

What You Will Do

The Instore Excellence Executive plays a pivotal role in advancing Kenvue's mission by leading POS development to enhance E2E execution with our retail partners, driving sales growth for our brands. The responsibilities of the Instore Excellence Executive include:

  • Owning agency partnerships to create impactful POS that influences shopper behavior
  • Being a Project Leader, collaborating with various teams to ensure outstanding execution of Kenvue brands in the market
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading execution plans in Australia and New Zealand, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working with agency partners to create eye-catching integrated POS materials for our brands
  • Leading activations, managing projects and fostering cross-functional collaboration
  • Utilizing data to identify growth opportunities with key retailers
  • Supporting Kenvue's sales goals by creating engaging POS materials
  • Prioritizing sustainability in POS creation and asset disposal
  • Developing compelling presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Assisting in budget tracking and management
  • Understanding shopper behavior and leveraging insights for merchandise opportunities
QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For

Desired Qualifications include:

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience in FMCG or related field
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of category management & shopper principles
  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
