Customer Service Team Lead AU
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and lead a customer focused team delivering service excellence in customer service while supporting Brenntag's Commercial/Sales and Supply Chain functions.
Lead by example with a problem solving, solution focused approach; taking ownership of customer services procedures; establishing standards and administering all customer service-related activities.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 3+ years' experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in a B2B environment or related field
- Experience in the chemical or other similar industry advantageous
- Indepth knowledge and understanding of customer purchase to pay process
- Working knowledge of SAP and reputable ERP systems essential
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills particularly Excel
