This will be a quota-carrying sales role, responsible for new customer acquisitions (property managers).

What you'll be doing
Promoting the full product suite and new features (property maintenance management) as solutions to your prospective customer needs and delivering engaging demonstrations Owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close across your portfolio Collaborating with your team and head of sales for your monthly sales plans Representing this awesome brand across conferences, industry and partner events - online and in person (national travel req) with a focus on building a strong customer pipeline Nurturing and expanding relationships in conjunction with the incredible Customer Success team What you'll bring to the team:
Exceptional communicator, a real people person - skilled at networking, over the phone, online and in person at events Experience within a quota-carrying business development position (B2B SaaS) Proven experience meeting and exceeding goals A self-starter, driven by accountability and ownership of your customers and territory Flexibility to travel nationally for up to 1 week at a time.
