As they embark on the exciting "Alliance Phase" of a significant project, I am seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join the team on an initial 6-month contract basis.


The Role:

  • Initial 6month contract, starting in February 2024, with the possibility of extension based on project success.
  • Generous daily rate paid on a weekly basis
  • Based in Gold Coast with flexible working options available

The Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project leaders and stakeholders to understand human resource needs and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with project goals and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • Work closely with project teams to address HRrelated challenges and contribute to the overall success of the Alliance Phase.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the rail or transportation industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in endtoend recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
  • Ability to navigate challenges and proactively contribute to strategic HR initiatives.
