As they embark on the exciting "Alliance Phase" of a significant project, I am seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join the team on an initial 6-month contract basis.
The Role:
- Initial 6month contract, starting in February 2024, with the possibility of extension based on project success.
- Generous daily rate paid on a weekly basis
- Based in Gold Coast with flexible working options available
The Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project leaders and stakeholders to understand human resource needs and contribute to strategic planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with project goals and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Work closely with project teams to address HRrelated challenges and contribute to the overall success of the Alliance Phase.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the rail or transportation industry.
- Indepth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in endtoend recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
- Ability to navigate challenges and proactively contribute to strategic HR initiatives.
