Requirements

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit high-level communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Computer Literacy: Show exceptional computer literacy, with the ability to use complex HRIS and related reporting/analytics tools.
  • Education and Qualifications: Hold a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, and possess relevant knowledge and experience in human resource management and industrial relations in a diverse and complex organization.
