About Your New Role

The Workforce Services Officer will provide HR generalist support across the employee life cycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR services. This role values the importance of delivering a high level of service to the business and will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide HR support to front-line leaders and employees, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless support to hiring managers and candidates.
  3. Assist with workforce planning, providing position and people management support to drive business success.
  4. Work with Compliance Business Partners to understand and identify compliance requirements, providing training and support to ensure compliance.
  5. Act as a bridge between HR processes, projects, policies, and procedures, ensuring smooth application and resolving any issues between design and implementation.
  6. Support cross-functional teams and the business in gathering data for people management and reporting activities.
  7. Set project priorities, organize work, and find the best ways to operate for the business.
  8. Promote a positive workplace culture and drive high performance by actively supporting HR initiatives.

We're Looking For

  1. A diploma and/or previous experience in a HR generalist role.
  2. Experience with HR software and systems is desirable.
  3. The ability to foster positive stakeholder relationships with a strong customer service focus.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
