Executive Support Officer - Births, Deaths & Marriages, Ongoing role, Sydney Based, Grade 5/6


The Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages (BDM) is seeking an enthusiastic Executive Support Officer who possesses administrative, organisational and Microsoft365 skills.


This role supports two Directors who are looking for a person who is proactive and has the capabilities to help support them and their teams.

You will be the point of contact for your Directors and you will be responsible for managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

You will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalised and timely support.
Ultimately, you will be joining a fantastic team at BDM and the opportunity to grow and develop your career.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate expertise in-

  • Supporting executives with calendar planning, travel, expense reconciliation and other administrative functions to optimise use of the Director's time
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Planning and prioritising high volumes of work with conflicting or critical deadlines
Coordinating agendas

What we need from you-
Salary Grade 5/6, with the base salary for this role starting at $89707 base plus superannuation
