Your new role


We have an exciting opportunity available for a Talent & Culture Manager to join our high performing team, backfilling a secondment on a twelve-month contract.


Reporting directly to the HR Director, APAC, you will lead a team of two with responsibilities across the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and DEI remit.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working alongside Regional Senior Leadership Team and in collaboration with the APAC DEI committee to implement regional DEI initiatives, with a core focus on gender equity and Indigenous Inclusion
  • Overseeing regional Talent Acquisition function, ensuring an efficient recruitment service across the business
  • Overseeing implementation of early career talent programs and leading initiatives to increase brand awareness within the early career market

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience leading others, you enjoy coaching direct and indirect reports to achieve effective outcomes
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, you are able to effectively manage your time to maintain continuity of BAU service delivery while driving initiatives forward
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, you enjoy building rapport across the business to identify opportunities and influence outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and/or Talent Acquisition, as part of a generalist remit or in a specialist role
  • Prior experience in a bluecollar environment will be of added value
