We are a large hotel with 517 rooms and have just finished being refurbished.

You will be a part of the Talent & Culture team and answer directly to the Talent & Culture Manager.

We are looking for a passionate Talent & Culture coordinator with experience in a similar role.

The focus of this role will be to assist the T&C Manager in continuing to champion the Accor Values ensuring all team members Feel Welcome and Feel Valued.


Job Description:

The Day to Day
Working alongside the T&C Manager your role will include:

  • Complete all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the T&C Manager
  • Attract and welcome talent into a culture they feel they belong in and where they are comfortable to be the real deal
  • Responsible for the coordination of T&C events, activities, programs and initiatives. Help celebrate the wins and make our team feel valued
  • Build strong relationships, offer general support and provide trustworthy advice to our team
  • Be an active listener for our people to come to in their times of need
  • Create and deliver engaging Training & Development initiatives
  • Assist in a range of T&C functions including but not limited to data entry, reporting, filing and creating engaging announcements
  • Stay up to date with best practice & compliance and relay information to employee's

Qualifications:

The right person

  • A true HR generalist with prior experience as an administrator
  • An effective communicator that is able to deliver a clear message to a diverse team
  • A creative problem solver and has the ability to genuinely connect with others
  • Completed or currently studying HR Degree/qualifications highly regarded
  • Previous experience in hospitality/hotel environment (preferred)
  • A passionate organiser who can create engaging events for the team
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills & ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to operate with honesty, integrity & professionalism at all times
