Monash Health Community is excited to announce a clerical position is now available within the Community Access Team.
- Permanent Part Time Position 72 hours a fortnight (0.9 EFT)
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance a client's journey through Monash Health Public Health & Community
- We are centrally located in Doveton, which is close to public transport and a small shopping precinct.

Community Access is a dynamic and growing program that is a central referral point for Referrers, to refer people in our community for Community Health and Sub-Acute Ambulatory Services.

About The Role
This is a 9 day a fortnight part-time ongoing role primarily based at Doveton.
This role involves registering referrals so that clients receive timely appointments, liaising with key stakeholders via our centralised phone system and sending correspondence to clients.

You are a flexible, dynamic clerical professional that is looking for a change.
We are a high performing team that ensures that our client's journey through Community Health is seamless and timely, it is therefore vital that we have a like minded individual to join our team
You Are Also:
- Great customer service skills and exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows based systems
- Ability to use health based software
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Proactive, organised and can work autonomously
What You Need:
- Proven health related administration experience
- Subject to a clear a police check
- Current Victorian Driver's License
- A working with children check.
- Australian working rights
