Currently we are looking for Experts and Specialists to the growing Alternative Investment department:

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Execute the day-to-day transfer agency operations to maintain investor and register records, timely and accurately
  • Supervise, coach and develop more junior team members on operational topics
  • Preparation of various calculations e.g. capital call, distribution
  • Preparation of investor reporting package
  • Investigating discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls
  • Primary contact for clients and investors on operational topics and transactions sign-off
  • Interaction with internal departments within Private Assets Services and other internal stakeholders
  • Other project related responsibilities, including process development and improvements

Your skills and experience:

  • Previous professional experience on similar position within investor services / transfer agency department
  • Knowledge of alternative fund industry and previous experience in this area would be strong asset
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent would be an asset
  • Very good English language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good time management and analytical skills
