Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage SEM campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign results, using data to inform optimization and performance improvement strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets and maximize ad spend efficiency, ensuring a strong return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, commercial, creative, analytics, product, and other teams to ensure consistency in actions and implement innovative solutions.
  • Participate in strategic planning of SEM activities, adapting strategies to changing market conditions and industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in search engine marketing, implementing best practices and new technologies to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in planning and running Google Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of Performance Max, Search Network, Display Network, Shopping campaigns, and Video campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of advertising campaign management tools, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Excel and A/B testing tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to forecast and plan budgets, select appropriate channels, and estimate potential campaign results.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel concept and the processes and strategies involved in guiding users through its stages.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SEM, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and disrupt traditional approaches, with a high level of independence and decision-making skills.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
