The Role will include but is not limited to;
- Processing invoices
- Completion of invoice approval process
- Proactive internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Reconciliation of Vendor payments
- Weekly/Monthly payment process deadlines
- Ad hoc duties as required
Skills & Experience Prerequisites
- Some previous experience desirable. We will provide training and support to continue your Accounts Payable (AP) career
- Very high attention to detail and strong data entry skills
- Ability to liaise with a variety of colleagues and customers
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work and contribute within a team and have fun
- Sound communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and build up knowledge through performing AP tasks
- Ability to prioritise own workload and demonstrate excellent time management skills
