2023 is a year of growth for my client and they are looking to bring onboard a Marketing Events Manager who will focus on the end to end Event Management across the institutional and retail side of the business.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Endtoend event management from framework & planning to ontheday delivery & logistics as well as post event evaluations to enable business to analyse the return on investment (ROI) of all events
  • Coordinating event collateral supplier relationship management, speaker, and sponsorship coordination
  • Online event coordination including communications, registrations, landing pages and postevent materials
  • Processing invoices and adhering to overall event budget
  • Administrative support to assist in the coordination of various events
  • Keeping up to date on potential event & sponsorship opportunities across multiple client segments
  • Liaise with Digital to proactively promote thirdparty sponsorships and own events through social media

To be successful:

  • At least two years of experience working in events marketing
  • Experience working in funds management, please note this is absolutely vital to success in the position and all other applicants will not be considered
  • Qualification in events management/marketing
  • Resourceful and strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to be proactive, prioritise and think on your feet efficiently
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Good teamwork and excellent communication skills
  • Extremely reliable with professional attitude
