About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Events Producer to join our team at Apex Event Recruitment. As an Associate Events Producer, you will be responsible for the management and execution of client events, from initial brief to post-event reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event production, with experience working across different types of events, including brand activations. You will be responsible for establishing and developing strong client relationships, attending internal and customer briefings, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the event planning process.
  • Conduct team and client WIP meetings to ensure everyone is staying on track.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and materials.
  • Support senior producers with administrative tasks, such as creating proposals, contracts, and production documents.
Requirements
  • Experience working as an Associate Producer, Event Coordinator, or Production Coordinator in a creative agency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional client management skills.
  • Advance skill level in the use of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Ability to work autonomously, but also as part of a team.
