The business:

We are excited to introduce a rare externally recruited customer leadership opportunity with a well-known Australian FMCG food company that offers beloved brands. This publicly listed company is a dynamic food manufacturer/distributor with a diverse product/brand range across multiple categories.

The role:

Under the guidance of the Head of Retail Sales and overseeing a team of two National Account Managers, the NBM will manage the Coles account and be responsible for executing the yearly customer and category business plan. This includes focusing on sales & profitability, trade investment management/ROI, and demand planning. Additionally, you will lead collaborative projects to achieve key customer, category, and brand goals.

About you:

An experienced FMCG NBM or Senior National Account Manager with specific experience with Coles or Woolworths and a deep knowledge of the Australian retail grocery market.
