Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Managing document according to company guidelines
  • Perform to make and check Shipping documents(B/L, A/N, D/O, etc)
  • Comparing related documents information(Q'ty, Item name, etc)
  • Inform issuing documents to related department for shipin or shipout
  • Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
  • Preparing and collecting the logistics document and invoices(e.i. local charge) and send these to billing team
  • Nurture positive relationships with companion
  • Print and prepare Proforma Invoice, Collection Receipt, DR and Serial List for Online

Requirements;

  • Shift1 (07AM~15PM) : 1 person
  • Shift2 (15PM~23PM) : 1 person
  • Above High School Degree
  • MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Power Point/ suite)
  • English advanced level
  • Must living in Australia

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bankstown,

NSW:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
