Our client is a large council who is seeking a Name Address Register Officer to maintain the database updates. 6 month contract.

**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION**

Responsible for providing day to day support and advice to users in the creation and maintenance of the name and address register in pathway, administrative duties relating to the name and address module within council’s land and information system and processing change of address request from internal and external sources.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Processing pre allocated Task in Ishare.
- General NAR Pathway maintenance.
- Back up E-pathway request.
- Attend to name and address enquiries from internal and external customers.
- Assist and back up NAR Administrator.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**

**Essential Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in an Information Management discipline or willingness to study.
- Current Class C Driver's Licence.
- Working knowledge of Local Government Operations.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Experience in administering central registers.
- Using Pathway or similar council Land Information Management system.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Ability to plan and prioritise work.
- Good attention to detail.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to build effective interpersonal relationships.

**Desirable Qualifications and or Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in an Information Management discipline.
- Ability to work with Share point.

**Salary**: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)
