About the company:
Our client is a large growing Federal Government agency, and they are looking for an experienced complaints officer or handler to join their team on a long-term temporary assignment for 12 months.
About the role:
- Managing complaints coming into the agency
- Assessing, recording, resolving and referring as required
- Managing escalated complaints and working to strict deadlines
- Drafting and sending high quality written correspondence
- Coordinating correspondence, briefing and reporting functions
About you:
- You will have previous experience of responding to complaints both over the phone and written
- You will have extensive experience of dealing with escalations and associated investigations
- You will have strong communication skills both over the phone and written
- You will have high attention to detail
Benefits:
- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 12month temporary assignment
Full time hours
- Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day
- Brisbane innernorth side location
