Join our team as a Case Management Support Officer APS5-Equivalent at an independent statutory agency passionately committed to providing unwavering support to those in need.


  • Location: Brisbane, QLD
  • Duration: Up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business requirements.
  • Salary: $55+ per hour + superannuation

Key responsibilities

  • Researching and drafting responses for complaints, Ministerial, and other crucial documents.
  • Analyzing and assessing AAT Applications received by the Agency.
  • Managing the requests for medical and functional assessments.
  • Preparing and filing Tribunal documents.
  • Assessing and responding to risk from processes, including privacy considerations and priority.

Key Requirements

Must be an Australian Citizen

  • Computer literacy
  • The ability to produce work in a deadline driven environment.
  • High organisational / administrative abilities
  • Methodical and process driven.
  • Inquisitive and problemsolving approach.
  • Paralegal or similar (law student / legal admin) background is highly desirable.
