About the role:

  • Fulltime positions across Brisbane
  • Salary rate: $40$58 p/h + Super upon experience
  • Flexible admin temp contracts durations & extension opportunities
  • Hybrid environments (onsite and WFH)
  • Opportunities to work with various government bodies
  • Most jobs are in urban locations and close to public transport
  • Easy to fill timesheet, ontime weekly payment, and option for Real-Time Remuneration

Responsibilities:

  • Building/creating new files for open and closed grant opportunities
  • Manage complaints made by individuals or organizations regarding the administration or outcome of a grant program.
  • Investigate complaints, attempt to resolve them through mediation, and make recommendations to decisionmakers regarding any necessary changes to the grant program.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management or grant administration.
  • Experience in utilising the following systems: Sharepoint, TRIM, Govenrment Grants Processing system (GovGPS), Qlik Sense, National Approved Provider System (NAPS)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain impartial and objective when investigating complaints are essential.
  • Australian Citizenship required.
