We are expanding our services to offer state of the art access to radiation oncology, medical oncology, diagnostics and clinical trials in a purpose built facility that provides comfort and privacy for our patients.
With this transformation we have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Services Officer to join the team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and billing support to our patients and staff while remaining professional, caring and friendly in an everchanging environment. We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity available, working 38hours/week Monday-Friday.

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service. Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in healthcare is preferred. Proven experience to work successfully both independently and in a team environment. Knowledge of patient billing systems and related Medicare funding mechanisms would be highly valued. Exceptional phone manner and ability to handle a high volume of patient inquiries.
