We are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer on a part-time basis to join one of our government clients located in the Adelaide CBD.

You will be an integral part of the team providing the delivery of high-level administrative and business support services.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide minute taking and agenda preparation for Leadership Meetings and external Management Unit meetings
  • Maintain office equipment, stationery and office systems
  • Manage booking of travel, accommodation, vaccinations, training, induction, conference registration, functions/catering, and room
  • Update and maintain records, databases and registers, complying with systems and processes to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Data entry

Experience Required

  • Administrative qualifications (Certificate III Administration)
  • Previous experience a high level of administrative support to management and staff
  • Current drivers' license
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in recording minutes, assembling agendas and papers for meetings
  • Experience with Work Management System, SharePoint and Business Management System
