**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a result driven, student orientated individual to join our Enrolment Support team You’ll play a pivotal role in student engagement and retention.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in customer retention.
- Customer service and sales experience.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
- Experience in outbound calling.
- Previous roles in customer retention.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously within a small team environment.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant systems, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Skilled in objection handling.
- Organisational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and high emotional intelligence.
- Commitment to enhancing team culture and AIB values.
