About the role
It is an exciting time at ahm as we look for a UX Researcher to join our growing Research and Design team.
Your role within this team is to support the Principal UX Researcher, and more broadly the design team, in building out our research hub on confluence, and help shape what our future research practice will look like.
This role is responsible for helping shape and drive research activities for the New Ventures team at ahm as a business.
Your role within this team is to be the research expert and lead and support the team in all research initiatives and projects, with the support of the Principal UX Researcher.

Reporting to the Principal UX Researcher, you:
- Have an excellent practical understanding of research methodologies and have strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills with an ability to effectively input into meetings.
- Can be flexible in adapting your approach to meet the needs and standards of different stakeholders that you'll work with, and the organisation more broadly.
- Are passionate about usercentred research, design, and accessibility.
- Have excellent organisational, data collection and reporting skills, and can adapt and communicate the critical aspects of research to different audiences.
- Embrace ambiguity and feel comfortable contributing to ideation where appropriate
