About the role:
- Crafting short form (and long form) content such as articles, newsletters, eDMs, collateral and whitepapers with a focus on customers.
- Utilizing research and insights while being aware of the regulatory environment.
- Managing and delivering customer-centric content across various projects and channels.
- Maintaining a consistent tone of voice aligned with brand guidelines.
- Engaging collaboratively across the Marketing team to generate value.
- Remaining updated on new trends and technologies.
- Seeking continuous improvement, innovation, and challenging the status quo when necessary.
Location: Collins Street, Docklands VIC
Type: 12-month Fixed-term opportunity
Schedule: Full Time
What will you bring?
- 5-8 years' copywriting experience with a proven track record in short form copywriting.
- Proficiency in content strategy, UX writing, information synthesis, editing, and content management.
- Strong grasp of spelling, punctuation, grammar, and SEO copywriting.
- Experience in writing for financial services, training, coaching, stakeholder collaboration, project management, and creative presentations.
- Design experience.
