THE OPPORTUNITY


The Support Officer, working within the Performance, Standards and Rewards team, provides comprehensive assistance in the development, coordination and implementation of administrative and project support activities to facilitate the effective and efficient operations of the team.


ABOUT YOU


In order to succeed in this Support Officer role, you will have a meticulous and thorough approach to tasks, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.

You have exceptional interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with stakeholders to create a positive rapport. Your excellent communication skills, both written and oral, will ensure that you convey information clearly and effectively.

You will be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

You will also be proficient at using the Microsoft Office Suite.


Ideally you will have an interest in working in workforce culture & capability and will have an enthusiasm and eagerness to expand your knowledge and understanding in this space.


Highly regarded:

Previous experience with platforms such as Award Force, Ariba, and SAP Concur is highly regarded along with Learning Management systems, showcasing familiarity with industry-standard tools and systems.
