About the role

As the Hr Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle across 15 branches in Victoria and Tasmania.

You will work proactively to prioritise business needs and manage multiple stakeholder requests.

Reporting through to the National HR Manager, you will play a key role in coaching and guiding managers on generalist HR issues, with a focus on employee and industrial relations matters.

Additionally, you will work closely with the national HR team on various projects and contribute to strategic matters such as talent management plans.

Your role will involve driving the development and implementation of people change initiatives, including embedding change management and helping leaders manage the impact.

In this role you will empower leaders by providing skills and information to help manage their workforce and establish best practice.


As part of working in this national role you will have the responsibility to travel between sites (Travel to Tasmania will be approximately once every couple of months).

You are a hands on, engaged HR professional who understands the importance of innovative solutions and perspectives. You thrive in this fast-paced environment and are able to navigate complex and changing work environments with ease. As a dynamic and driven individual, you will be able to make informed decisions and achieve results.

Although you bring a sound level of knowledge and professionalism to the role, you are eager to continue developing in your field and this will be fostered through your partnership working closely with the National HR Manager.

The HR team is well resourced, allowing you to fully commit to your function and deliver effective outcomes.


Strong operational HR Business Partnering experience in all end to end processes and a related tertiary qualification would be preferred.
