Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at PeopleCorp. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization through a period of change and transformation.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture, you will collaborate closely to provide comprehensive support on all people-related matters across the organization. You will take an active role in key people projects and the full range of cyclical HR activities. As the organization undergoes a period of change, including the acquisition of a new entity, you will serve as a key point of contact and support, ensuring a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and training to people leaders and employees
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience as an HR generalist with a strong background in organizational development and change management
  • Knowledge of the SCHARDS award and experience working in the social, home care, or disability sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate at pace in a fast-paced environment
