Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and assistance to employees and management on a full range of issues and practices, including salary benchmarking, Employee Relations and engagement activities.
  • Advise and coach management on employment-related matters in accordance with legislation, HR policies and procedures, and appropriate industrial instruments.
  • Facilitate performance management and grievance issues in accordance with company policy and legislative requirements.
  • Remain up-to-date with employment legislation and HR/IR industry trends.
  • Lead a range of HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Behavioural Science, Law, or related field.
  • 7-10 years' experience as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Telco and/or Tech sector experience preferred but not essential.
  • A thorough understanding and technical expertise in Remuneration & Benefits.
  • Mobility and offshore experience desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with the ability to adapt communication style for various audiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Agile problem-solving skills.
