The Role


The Workforce Development Administrator role will see you perform a diverse range of duties to support the ongoing success of JK Personnel and its clients.

Working flexibly 4 to 5 days a week, you will play a key role in managing JK's on-hire workforce, relationships with large clients, and support the delivery of recruitment processes.

Working closely with JK's Organisational Development and On-hire Recruitment Teams, you will also support the administration and delivery of employee engagement, development, and wellbeing initiatives that have a tangible impact across the business.


From supporting employee onboarding, to delivering reward and recognition programs, your strong customer service skills, proactive approach to work, and ability to effectively plan and organise will set you up for success.

As a member of the JK team, you will also have a natural affinity for people, commitment to lifelong learning, and genuine desire to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and employees.

This role is suited to an experienced administrator, or recent Human Resources graduate, who is looking to take the next step in their career.
