The Role
We are looking for a Sales Support Administration Officer. This is a temporary full-time position with an ongoing contract, potentially leading to permanent employment in the future. The role will be based in Wetherill Park.

You will provide support and administration functions across the key accounts, contributing to the strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with tender preparation and contract management.
  • Support sales teams by ensuring that their requests for resources and materials are processed promptly.
  • Coordinate with key accounts, providing information and support.
  • Manage customer database and online portals.
  • Support CRM and sales force operations.
  • Receptionist coverage as and when required, along with courier bookings and postage.
  • Handle fleet management and office tasks.
  • Assist with meetings, travel arrangements, and trade shows.
  • Administer product sample orders.
The Candidate

  • Experience in a similar role preferred.
  • SAP knowledge desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel (VLOOKUP / pivot tables), PowerPoint and Outlook.
