My client is a global leader in the SaaS space who have a fantastic reputation. They are a well-known Tech brand that currently sit on the fortune 100 list of top employers globally


They are currently hiring for a Sales Support Administrator to sit within their B2B education team that is targeting the higher education market across ANZ and SEA markets.


This role could suit someone who has a strong background in supporting sales teams previously OR someone with 2-3 years sales support experience that is looking to develop a sales career further as they could offer this kind of progression.


We need a sales-oriented individual to support the team's current high performing Account Executives with building strong customer relationships while driving new deals and growth with existing accounts.


12 month contract role - highly likely to convert or extend beyond this time frame however Hybrid working available, ideally 2-3 days in the office in Sydney's CBD.


What you'll do:

Support the Account Executives in constructing deals.
Creating and following up contracts, modelling deal financials and obtaining required internal approvals.
Qualify and follow up inbound leads and ad hoc requests from customers and prospects.
Work with partners and multiple internal stakeholders to support a VIP service.
Work with internal teams and customers to optimize the customer anniversary and renewal process and outcomes.
Sales related administration using Excel, Word, and Salesforce.

What you will need to be successful:2-3 Years' experience in Sales Support Admin or as an Inside Sales Representative
Experience in either the Tech sector OR Education sector highly desirable but not essential.
An ability to prioritize and manage one's own workload in line with competing priorities and commitment.
Moderate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

An ability to build and manage multiple relationships, customers, and many deals at a time, with a high attention to detail.
