Consumer Insights Executive | Permanent Full-Time | Kew (or) Pyrmont

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Consumer Insights Executive to join our business.

Reporting to the Head of Consumer and Customer Centricity you will be instrumental in embedding insights and consumer centric thinking to inform decision making across all the brands, categories, and customers in the HAA group (think Bonds, Champion, Sheridan, Bras N Things).

Working across a wide range of brands and categories, you will be responsible for supporting topical research projects to successfully deliver clear and actionable insights and recommendations to the business.

You will be responsible for project management and will work to ensure that outputs are optimised to meet stakeholder needs.

In addition you will liaise with external agencies, ensuring they deliver to set objectives.

You will manage the tracking of research projects that HAA has in place to ensure they balance consistency with the evolving needs and dynamics of the business, You will build close relationships with key stakeholders across different facets of the business to support projects, events & initiatives as needed, using your influence to build insights driven communication, product, and retailer strategies.

This role is key in providing data research and insights to support cross functional business decisions.

Essential for success in this role is previous research agency experience (3 years +) in a client facing position supported by solid experience in using statistical packages such as Q or SPSS.

In addition you will have;
