Vendor Replenishment Planner | Permanent Role | Kew

As the Hanes Vendor Replenishment Planner, you will improve the overall service of delivery, inventory optimisation, order management, and integrated business planning between Coles & Hanes.

This role will be permanent, based between the Hanes Melbourne Offices in Kew, and occasionally at the Coles Head Office in Hawthorn.

What will I be responsible for?

• Management of service as a daily point of contact between Hanes Customer Service, Hanes Group National Sales Manager (GNSM) and Coles Buying, Planning Demand & Replenishment staff
• Provision of Weekly, Seasonal and Ad-Hoc analysis and insights
• Monitor product performance and stock on hand and recommend any required action
• Collaborate with Coles Planning Team to ensure that capacity/space planning/Shelf life is factored into key decisions
• Liaise with Coles Customer Service Team on order and delivery performance
• Liaise closely with Coles Buying & Planning Teams and GNSM to ensure effective delivery & intake decisions
• Collaborate with Hanes Customer Services & Supply Teams to resolve quickly any Non Compliance Issues (e.g. product availability, missing or late shipments)
• Proactive management of feedback to both Coles & Hanes on corrective action plans that have been put in place
• Work proactively across all stakeholders to execute end of product life scenarios
• Maintain and update all Hanes information in Coles' inventory system to ensure 100% data integrity

• Strong communication and influencing skills across a broad range of roles
• Effective relationship building and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical ability
• Able to work autonomously, while also being able to communicate effectively and contribute as part of a team
• Level headed, able to manage and resolve issues under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills
• Able to achieve mutually acceptable solutions to problems which arise
• Previous experience in a Planner or Allocator position, preferably within the Retail Industry
• Tertiary qualification in a businessrelated discipline would be highly regarded
