Head of Loyalty | Kew, Melbourne

We are currently looking for a Head of Loyalty to drive both the evolution and execution of our new and established Omni programs across our three Iconic Brands - Bonds, Sheridan and Bras n Things.

This newly created role is equal parts strategic, commercial and analytical.
Crucial to success is your ability to manage revenue and gross margin against spend and to understand customer behaviour data and draw opportunities from the insights. A curious and customer-centric mindset is fundamental, along with a deep expertise in cross functional internal engagement.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Embedding the programs in all facets of the business
- Driving member growth
- Increasing member engagement and retention
- Leading the return on Loyalty across the three business units

**Essential for your success is**:

- Proven experience in end-to-end CRM and loyalty program management with a customer centric approach
- Ability to work across multiple initiatives with effective stakeholder and time management
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM teams and technical workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with retail, e-commerce, digital marketing, and data insights
- Prior experience managing a P&L for a business or brand minimum 5 years
- Proven experience in planning and execution of growth-based initiatives for different consumer segments
