Responsibilities:

As a Supply and Distribution Manager at Lotus Packaging, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our supply chain and distribution strategies

Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Management: Devise and implement strategic plans for effective supply chain and distribution operations, ensuring optimal product flow.

Logistics Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, from procurement to delivery, optimizing routes and minimizing lead times.
-
Inventory Control: Implement robust inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
-
Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the supply and distribution team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a managerial role within supply chain and distribution.
  • Indepth knowledge of supply chain principles and distribution logistics.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and performance.
  • Adaptability to a fastpaced environment and changing market demands.
  • Fulltime availability, including flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work.
