**Salary**: $85,000 per annum plus superannuation

**Responsibilities**:
As a Supply and Distribution Manager at Lotus Packaging, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our supply chain and distribution strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Strategic Management**: Devise and implement strategic plans for effective supply chain and distribution operations, ensuring optimal product flow.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, from procurement to delivery, optimizing routes and minimizing lead times.
- **Inventory Control**: Implement robust inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor the supply and distribution team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve operational excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a managerial role within supply chain and distribution.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles and distribution logistics.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and performance.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and changing market demands.
- Full-time availability, including flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work.
