English Tutor

We are actively seeking English **(not EAL)** tutors and Math (for secondary students) with experience in the VCAA F-10 curriculum and VCE study design.

**Academic Requirements**
- **95+** ATAR
- **45+** Raw Study Score in English/Math
- **1-Year **TutoringExperience _in VCE Subject(s)_
- **Academic **Awards in VCE Subject(s)

**Personal Requirements**
- **Full Academic Year Commitment** _(e.g. no sudden trips during the school term. _Applicants with working holiday visas will not be considered_)_
- **Sign **an agreement _(e.g. can't distribute our resources/company info to others)_
- **Ability to Commit **to Weekly Classes _(e.g. can't constantly reschedule or miss classes)_
- **Travel** to our Locations _(e.g. Blackburn)_
- **Genuine Desire** to Motivate Students _(e.g. your primary goal is to help students achieve their potential)_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions (in-person).
- Develop and implement personalised lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Assist students in comprehending and mastering key concepts, problem-solving, and enhancing language proficiency.
- Provide constructive feedback to both students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Manage the classroom effectively and maintain a safe learning environment.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $40.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
