Our client is a boutique Queensland-owned utility service provider. Due to the ongoing growth of their business, were seeking helpful and efficient Customer Service Officers. All positions will be offered to commence immediately on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanency.
About the Role
As a
Customer Service Officer, you will take incoming calls to answer customer account queries which may include connections, disconnections, change of details and payment processing.
About You
You must be able to start immediately and have the relevant skills, including clear written and verbal English communication and intermediate skills in MS Word & Excel.
All positions work on a 2-monthly rotating roster - you will work 7.6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 7.30am and 5.40pm daily.
