What You Will Achieve


You will focus on reviewing and supporting any onsite payroll complaints or issues, recommending improvements and achieving full data integration between ADP and the global HRIS system, Workday.

Working as part of a team, you will report to the People Experience Lead. You will also work closely with our offshore Payroll team other stakeholders throughout the organisation.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Evaluate the capabilities and effectiveness of the existing payroll system and processes and identify opportunities for further optimisation and improvement (and their potential implications).
  • Work with process owners to understand and improve business processes, ensuring that opportunities for simplification are fully exploited.
  • Gather, analyse, and document functional (technical) and nonfunctional (business) requirements, ensuring that these are well understood by all stakeholders to optimise system integration between ADP and Workday.
  • Work with the business and payroll to prepare ADP change requests.
  • In partnership with the People Experience Team, champion all aspects of change on site including communication with, and education for end users to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Support the People Experience team with regular and adhoc reporting.
  • Provide EA advice as it relates to benefits and entitlements, and their translation to payroll.
Skills And Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience focusing on payroll controls and compliance with a strong ability to interpret awards & Enterprise Agreements.
  • Demonstrated experience working with ADP and Workday and payroll system integration.
  • Understanding of payroll management and end to end payroll processing.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
