Located in Mulgrave, Hogan Engineering is a well established Australian owned company who specialise in earthmoving attachments. We supply to leading brands and have a reputable name in the industry.

Hogan Engineering are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. We are open to full-time or part-time with flexible hours on a permanent basis. This role would suit a parent returning to work.

The Role

  • Front of house duties, greet customers, assist with answering calls and sales enquiries.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked.
  • Maintain company social media posts.
  • Manage creditor and debtor invoices, receipts, and payment functions in Xero.
  • Follow up outstanding creditors, maintain records and provide reports as required.
  • Manage bank reconciliation and perform payroll functions.
  • Manage and maintain company ISO accreditation requirements.
  • Assist two Directors and any other adhoc duties as required.
  • Some HR duties are required.
  • Organise company social events incl. monthly BBQ's.

About you

  • Approximately 23 years experience in a similar role.
  • Highly proactive and efficient, able to multitask to achieve results.
  • Ability to coordinate and liaise at all levels.
  • Positive attitude, a team player.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, ability to work efficiently, unsupervised.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Inter-Personal Skills and Computer Skills.
Onsite parking is available and close to train station
