Hogan Engineering are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. We are open to full-time or part-time with flexible hours on a permanent basis. This role would suit a parent returning to work.
The Role
- Front of house duties, greet customers, assist with answering calls and sales enquiries.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked.
- Maintain company social media posts.
- Manage creditor and debtor invoices, receipts, and payment functions in Xero.
- Follow up outstanding creditors, maintain records and provide reports as required.
- Manage bank reconciliation and perform payroll functions.
- Manage and maintain company ISO accreditation requirements.
- Assist two Directors and any other adhoc duties as required.
- Some HR duties are required.
- Organise company social events incl. monthly BBQ's.
About you
- Approximately 23 years experience in a similar role.
- Highly proactive and efficient, able to multitask to achieve results.
- Ability to coordinate and liaise at all levels.
- Positive attitude, a team player.
- Impeccable attention to detail, ability to work efficiently, unsupervised.
- Excellent Communication Skills, Inter-Personal Skills and Computer Skills.
