The Group Delivery Practice Area is in place to empower its community to develop, collaborate and deliver in a safe, sound and secure way for better customer outcomes. The Group Delivery Practice Area comprises over 6,000 colleagues across the Bank, delivering the strategic projects and managing programs and portfolios. Group Delivery Practice Area has 4 practices - You'll be part of 'Portfolio Support Services' team within 'Delivery Practice'.

Do work that matters

A great opportunity to work alongside a team of skilled engineers, analysts and Product Owners who support Delivery Tooling in CBA. Contribute to applications that support Delivery Communities across the group. The role will be focused on understanding and prioritising High-Level requirements for the Delivery Tooling ecosystem at the Group, and identify opportunities to improve our existing related processes.

Your responsibilities will include

Ensuring technology and Delivery solutions are aligned with the Groups enterprise architecture Completing work stream deliverables including quality control/sign off for area of accountability Converting business needs into functional designs using knowledge of system capabilities, rules, and architecture. Working closely with Developers, Architects, Business Users and 3rd party suppliers for current & future state process analysis and mapping Analysing and document business/functional processes and requirements using standard analysis methodologies and tools Identifying project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary Working closely with stakeholders and Change Adoption Teams to identify impacts to business processes as a result of system or application changes Providing support and participating in testing activities including unit testing and system testing Providing on-going assistance to support teams for functionality released into production Evaluating effectiveness of solution delivery (SDLC) tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement

We're Interested in hearing from people who have

Demonstrated experience as a PPM Tooling SME 5-10 years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise tools Hands on experience of Planview Delivery tools like Planview Portfolios, AgliePlace (aka Leankit), OKR, Tasktop Hub, Tasktop Viz Experience in data extraction and analysis using SQL, MS Excel, Tableau, PowerBI Demonstrated skills in problem solving, decision making, analytical thinking, effective communication – written and verbal, and operating autonomously Experienced in stakeholder management, including PMO, Finance, Delivery Teams and stakeholders of all levels within the organization Experience in CICD tools like GitHub, TeamCity, Artefactory, AppDynamics
