The Senior Manager role will flow to work across the Delivery Practice community and help deliver the narrative across the team and in the group. In this capacity, you will support the Delivery Practice Leadership Team and drive proactive engagement within our community, as well as supporting initiatives across the change. You will work closely with the most senior stakeholders and leaders of the bank to deliver a variety of high quality events.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating and delivering communication strategies across a portfolio of areas and contribute to the delivery of strategies to support CBA Group-wide campaigns Work closely with members of the Delivery Practice leadership teams to create and drive compelling narratives, campaigns and internal communication opportunities Provide leadership and direction in responding to issues that could affect CBA's reputation Build and manage project plans and lead small to medium sized working groups to ensure the delivery of work to deadline Work in conjunction with compliance, procurement and event team members to manage interactions with suppliers & maximise relationships Steer enhancements to key event technology platforms to improve data management, integration and manage risk and compliance Closely manage expenses and budgets

We're interested in hearing from people who have

Significant experience in an internal focused communications role within highly regulated environment Experience in agile ways of working Knowledge in event management methodologies, IP and tools Change management and employee engagement experience A track record in developing, implementing, and measuring integrated and coordinated communication strategies Exceptional writing skills and ability to simplify complex messages Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to work with multiple teams, functions, and vendors to deliver strong outcomes Very strong project management skills and ability to build project plans to deliver to timing, budget and objectives Proven experience in running virtual and hybrid events and managing related production suppliers Creative and visionary thinker, who has a passion for the attendee experience and telling the strategic story

We support our people with at least half your time each month connecting in the Sydney office, allowing for flexibility in the remaining time.
