About the Role:


We're on the search for a suitably experienced all-rounder cleaning and maintenance employee to join our small team on a casual basis.

Reporting to our General Manager, you will assist with the daily preparation and presentation of our Clubhouse, inside and out.


The role will work a regular 4 day per week roster incorporating small shifts in preparation for opening the Clubhouse on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday and Sunday.

The role totals approximately 15-20 hours per week. Weekend penalty rates will be paid when applicable.

Typical tasks to expect as part of the role include:

  • Commercial cleaning, both regular light and occasional deep cleaning as required in accordance with a cleaning schedule, including main clubhouse lounge and bar area, locker rooms, bathrooms and Clubhouse exterior and surrounds;
  • Replenishing bathroom consumables;
  • Waste removal;
  • Occasional room and furniture setup when required due to event hosting;
  • Basic laundry tasks;
  • Clubhouse and car park gardening maintenance including pruning, weeding and watering; and
  • Various other minor repair, handyman and oddjobs pertaining to the Clubhouse and surrounds;
This is a very important role within our organisation and as such you must possess the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to work autonomously and often on your own
  • The ability to systematically work through a regular schedule of tasks
  • Possess a strong attention to detail
  • Commercial cleaning
  • Understanding of basic gardening practices
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability
  • A minimum two years experience in a similar role
